Screen Time Permission

MonBang! uses Apple's Screen Time permission to let you choose apps, app categories, and websites to block on your device.

1. Open MonBang!.
2. When prompted, allow Screen Time access.
3. If permission was denied, open iOS Settings and allow Screen Time access for MonBang! before trying again.

Safari Website Blocking

To block websites in Safari, enable the MonBang! Safari Content Blocker extension.

1. Open iOS Settings.
2. Go to Safari.
3. Open Extensions or Content Blockers.
4. Turn on MonBang! Content Blocker.

Unblocking Apps or Websites

• To end a current focus session, open MonBang! and stop the active session.
• To change future blocking, edit or delete the focus profile or schedule in MonBang!.
• To disable Safari website blocking, turn off MonBang! Content Blocker in iOS Settings > Safari > Extensions or Content Blockers.

Privacy

MonBang! does not require an account and does not send selected apps or websites to an external server. Read the Privacy Policy.
